Failing to Email me statements
<p>After numerous requests, and attempts, Truworths is still falling to email me my monthly statements.</p>

We have reviewed your account and can verify that you were indeed subscribed for our electronic statements in April 2016 we are thus unsure why your statement was not received on your email address. We have therefore escalated this matter to the relevant department for further investigation.
We can confirm that we have contacted you and emailed a copy of your latest statement to your confirmed email address.
