Failed Delivery

I placed an online order on the 28th June 2020 with the knowledge that deliveries take 3-5 working days max. On Friday 3 July 2020 was day 5 and no delivery. I called several times to be told the couriers were not working??? I assumed 5 days was the max to have the gifts I needed on Saturday the 4th of July 2020. No communication was made, no follow-up and up to today, no delivery and no communication. What an awful customer experience, clearly I am of no importance as my order can simply be disregarded with no need to communicate with me. I will NEVER purchase from them again! Shocking and disappointing!
