Extremely unhappy with the service truworths is giving me.

I have a complaint about the bad service I am currently experiencing with truworths online shopping

I have ordered clothes online on the 29th of January 2020 and got rejection on 5 items that t I have ordered. On the 8th of February 2020 I went to truworths store to ask them to call for my refund and since that day nothing happened so on the 22nd February I went to check the progress as it has been almost a month since all this drama and I was told that the refund will be processed on Monday, the 24th February .

I mean I have been waiting long enough already to get my money back and I am told nothing was done. This is unacceptable and it's irritating honestly. So this means it takes more than a month to process a refund? I am very and extremely unhappy with all of this
