Extremely unacceptable customer service

I am a first time buyer @ truworths but I am certain that I will never buy again from you, the service is terrible, customer service is not of importance, the staff in Lynnwood branch has to get some serious training on customer service and consumer rights i was accused of wearing shoes that i bought @ the Centurion Branch on the 31st and those shoes i only fitted and never walked in them but because of my working hours during the week I could not exchange them the following day I waited for today, Saturday when I had time, they wasted my time and I can tell that the staff are not aware that they are brand they were telling me to go exchange @ Centurion whereas I am already in the Lynnwood branch... I did not appreciate the way I was treated, i have never been so upset like I was today. This is by far the worst service. This is a bad representation of the company... I am never Ever going to forget their treatment and how they made me feel
