Extremely Poor Service – Parcel Marked as Collected & No Feedback After Weeks

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Truworths. I recently placed an online order, but because I was not in the province, I could not collect my parcel. When I checked the status online, it showed that the parcel had already been collected — even though I never picked it up.

I immediately emailed Truworths, and they told me they were “on my case” and would provide feedback. Weeks passed with no response. I sent another email, and again a full week went by with no feedback. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

What makes this worse is that this is not the first time this has happened. Previously, when I couldn’t collect an item, the amount was never credited back to my account. This now puts me in a position where I appear to owe money for items that I have never even received or collected.
