Extremely Poor service

I am very ****ed at angry at the poor service I got from Truworths(Alberton) I went to pay my mom's account cause it long overdue and the head office has been calling me none stop to pay. When I got there I tried explaining why I don't have the card or the person's ID number. But they were rude not being helpful or trying to come with a solution. Treatment we get from our fellow sister's is bad👎👎👎👎👎They don't even deserve one star I'm furious because time is going and my mom's account is on the verge of being handed over
