Extremely poor service

As a big supporter of Earthchild, I was really disappointed with the ladies in Rustenburg.

I received a gift from my father in law where 4 tracksuit tops were too small. I have no slip unfortunately but all tags were still on, and I asked if we can just exchange for bigger sizes. I never asked for a refund, only an exchange. I do realise that we need a slip, but as a gift, I cannot understand and I think it’s unnecessary that we get refused to get bigger tops.

I am sitting with 4 rather expensive tops which I cannot use, and I would seriously reconsider supporting Earthchild in future.
