Extremely ****ed off!

I have placed a online order on the 02/02/2020 today is the 17th i still have not received my order. I called to the call centre today they have informed me that they attempted to deliver the parcel 14/02/2020 but no one was home and i did not not answer my phone (which is a lie) there was people at the address the entire day and no has called from RTT on friday. I was promised that my parcel will be delivered today i then made arrangements for someone to be home since i made the call just after 8 am. And yet no one came to deliver. This is pathetic service! The turn around time for delivery is 3-5 working days it has been 11 working working days and i still dont have my parcel. On the 12th i ordered something else that parcel however has been delivered already. It is mind boggling how my previous order has not reached me yet. Absolutely pathetic service!!
