Extremely Disappointed with Truworths Online and Fastway Couriers

I am deeply frustrated with my experience ordering from Truworths Online. Despite repeated complaints from customers in Nkomazi, Mpumalanga, Truworths continuously chooses to use Fastway Couriers—a service that has proven to be completely unreliable, dismissive, and rude. I am still waiting for my package because the Fastway delivery driver flatly refuses to come to my house. Instead, he demands that I leave my home to meet him somewhere else to collect my order. When I insisted on actual door-to-door delivery—the very service I paid for—the driver was extremely rude, hostile, and refused to fulfill the delivery altogether. What makes this even worse is Truworths' complete lack of accountability. We have complained to Truworths Online about these ongoing issues in our area, yet they refuse to listen, showing zero consideration for their customers' feelings or money. Truworths needs to take responsibility for the third-party services they partner with and stop using Fastway Couriers in Komatipoort. Until they fix their delivery network and start caring about customer service, I will not be shopping online with them again.
