Extremely disappointed

On 20 February 2020 I went to the Northgate branch to exchanged clothes for my son and was given a credit note. Then the country went into lockdown and couldn't use it. Then just before we went to level 2 lockdown I remembered my credit note and went into the Randridge mall store to try to redeem it only to find out that these credit notes expire after 3 months... I was not shown or made aware that this money that was spent in your store expires. The lady who helped me at Randridge mall told me that they circle the 3 months and make sure the customer is aware that it expires. Times are tough and every cent counts in these uncertain days, so I would like to know why I cannot access the money already spent with you?
