Extremely Disappointed – Cancelled Order & Slow Refund

placed an order and paid in full, only for Truworths to cancel it on the same day because they were apparently unable to secure stock. This is completely unacceptable.

Even more frustrating, they informed me that my refund will take 7–10 days to reflect in my account. I paid for a product in good faith, and now they are holding my money while failing to deliver what I purchased.

This level of incompetence and poor customer service is shocking for a company of Truworths’ size. I expected better. I will think twice before ordering from them again.
