Extremely Disappointed

I'm so heartsore and extremely disappointed, I work very very hard for my money, I make an honest living, and the moral of the story is that I love good quality, I thought that is what Truworths stands for, but at the end of March I bought a pair of Pumas of R1400, and I work so I only wear it occasionally as I love to be comfortable, but not even 4 weeks and the Puma takkies are pulling loose, I'm not saying that it should last a lifetime, but I buy this brand for the entire family and my previous pair lated 3 Years, because I'm light on shoes. It's like Truworths and Puma Quality isn't what it use to be. So I'm not sure if it's a factory fault, I hope I can get some guidance from this review.
