Extremely bad service result in attorney letter
My mother had account protection plan for years when she was retrenched at the beginning of the year she went to Trutworths and informed them, they said they needed proof which she provided, letter from the company letter from the UIF letter from her bank and her I.d with her statement showing account protection plan. Truworths fax the documents to hollard. But she still got phone calls to ask to pay then she goes back to truworths and they gave her a number to fax herself she fax the document and got proof of the fax. She got a call again asking to pay as they have no documents, now she receives a letter from attorney to say Truworths is taking legal action. Truworths has no idea what they are doing and **** people into the protection plan.
