Extremely bad service 😠😠😠

I bought a hisense e50 at truworths festival mall about 4 months ago then suddenly the phone screen just went blank. I went to the store yesterday 7/11/2021 I spoke to the consultant and explained my problem. She was very rude and told me that the phone (egobetse) meaning it's damaged. I then asked her please elaborate your statement because I told you the phone went blank as I I was taking pictures. She said I'm not the only one using the phone so it could have fallen, I was very upset because how do you come up with such accusations as if you saw what happened. She told me to have it booked for repairs I told I don't have a slip with me but I bought it on account she can trace the slip, she said I must get an affidavit, I went to the police station to get it on my return I qued to be assisted then the lady I went to said I should go to the cell phone counter. I qued again after she assisted the people who were in front of me she called next on the people who were paying for clothes they kept on skipping me and after some time the lady who was working with her on the cellphone counter (Rinah) attended to my mother whom they didn't know was with me, so this means if that was not my mother they would have not attended to me. I then told Rinah the situation of the phone she also gave me attitude and also insisted I had dropped the phone. My question was to her, if I dropped the phone would the phone not have a dent or the screen cracked? She then said if the technicians check the phone they will charge me more than what I paid for the phone. I told her to book the phone, so she booked it
