extremely bad service

each and qeverytime i place an order with Truworths onlqine it gets mesed up -i placed order on the 12th . i followed up on the 17th and was informed that the ending the parcel to CPT - the 18th i called again to confirm if the parcel arrived in CPT as the order was for my mom who is going on holiday and i needed the order the Friday latest- they told me no there was a backlog they sending it the evening of the 18th. i called again the next day and still it wasn't sent i pleaded that they try and prioritize as i need t urgently they promised me and guess what still no damn parcel- my mother left Saturday without her good because of the pathetic and *********** service. it cost me to have it sent to her - i want some sort of compensation for the service i received and how i was treated as a client
