Extremely bad online shopping experience
The truwortgs website when shopping to begin with is a nightmare. I have been a loyal customer of truwortgs for the past 6 years and for the 1st time this past weekend I tried to purchase some clothes for my daughter but could not get to the checkout as it kept redirecting me to the main page, then requesting that I login in again, then making the items in my cart disappear etc. I ended up dessert g it and redoing everything afresh on my desktop yesterday & it showed the order went through as I also received a mail only to be told this afternoon when I called the fashion hotline nothing was reflecting on my account and that was it. They could do nothing more for me. Like WTH?
