Extremely bad bad customer service I'm not happy at all

Good morning went to truworths vaal sasolburg to exchange my belt that I bought last month 02/06/2025 they can not assist me manager told me my account is in arrears, but I'm telling him I'm not buying I'm exchanging he said no he can not assist me now I'm wearing my trousers without a belt, I'm extremely disappointed with such service please assist.
