Extremely bad

Today I went to truworths in Garankuwa Complex to pay an account. When I got to the and sanitize using my recommend sanitizer, one of the ladies that works there said, " no you can't use your own sanitizer, you have to ours" I said to her I can't use any other sanitizer because I have been prescribed a specific kind to use for my hands by GP because I have an allergy reaction because of different sanitizer. She says to me for me to allowed access I need to use their or if I can't I can call their head office, and says that with an attitude. I then called their head office and spoke to the customer service supervisor and she explained the same thing also with an attitude and said if I don't want to use their sanitizer I can go and pay at Shoprite. I said to her, you are undermining customers and yet you don't comply with the The Department of Health requires. I said to her, the Department says if anyone have their sanitizer and it's 70% alcohol you are allowed to use it at the doorstep of any shop you inter into, and I said that to them, should anything happen to hands because their sanitizer, am going to make sure that they pay.
