Extra ordinary service At Truworths Oxford street

<p>Have been visiting truworths Oxford East london for past years never in my life came across the service I received on my last visit.. when I came in 4 people where working in the tills and to me that was wow. When I asked a cashier what happened? Who's managing now she then laughed and showed me a young lady. I then had a complaint about fashion delivery that took time to arrive a lady by the name of Zimkhitha whom explained the process of fashion delivery.most of the things she explained it was my first time hearing.. I was so impressed with her I thought she was the Store manager... I would like to thank her for all the changes I have seen in that store she made me forgot about the complaint I came for instead I ended up buying more things that day.I wish truworths would see the potential she has! She is well spoken and have a way to handle a problem. If I was a store manager somewhere I would have asked for her number and approach her..she smiled through out our conversation.she explained so much about the account I have with Truworths felt like it was my first time opening the account.her service was just beyond extra mile im greatful</p> <p>Truworths is very lucky to have her.</p>
