Extra Credit Not Given Consent
I was called a few months ago and offered to increase my credit to R4900 I approved that
Then I went and bought Cologne and then my installment went to R1060
Last month I paid 3 Separate payments of R800, R500 & R800 wich accumulates to R2100 and this month they are requesting I pay R1060 again
Truworths granted me a cushion credit that I didn't agree on and now my installment is through the roof
Please assist me I can't pay for what I did not ask for or gave consent to

We acknowledge your frustration in this regard however wish to advise you that, when an account holder pays double the instalment on his/her account, a request should be made in store for one of these payments to be allocate as a pre-payment.
Our records however indicate that the three mentioned amounts paid unfortunately did not amount to the full instalment total due by 02 June 2018, as well as 03 July 2018. As a result, the excess amount paid merely served to decrease your total account balance owed, but had no effect on your next instalment amount due.
We apologise for any inconvenience and frustration caused. We however confirm that you were informed of the pre-payment process, and trust that this response has adequately addressed your concerns raised.
