Extra charges on account

I have a concern on my TFG account that I have with American Swiss, Everytime they include phone call fee 20.00, An email fee 20.00, an sms fee 20.00 and collection fee 20.00 which I do not understand ,problem with interests but how do they charge the abnormal fees, and they will call everyday to make sure they charge 20.00 call per day, I pay my account monthly . can you pleae help, as am being ******, those costs can amount cclose to 100 which adds more on my balance
