Expired foundation plus a cellphone installment that was 6 months but still reflects on my statements

Hi my name is Eunice I have a complain regarding truworths.I bought a Revlon foundation upon arrival I noticed that it has expired I was told to take it bck to the nearest store nd I would be replaced with another,it's been over 2 months now no 1 has called me regarding the replacement of the foundation,I went bck to them several times I don't find a conclusion,secondly I also purchased a cellphone from them in April this year which was on a 6months plan of which I payed off end of October but to my suprise it still reflects on my statements so I really do not know what's happening I tried contacting them many times but I do not find help nd I'm tired of just chasing after them can u pls help me find answers
