I bought a jumpsuit at truworths riversquare. I didn't have a size but luckily the doll was wearing my size so my Husband asked for assistance so the consultants undress the doll and I purchased the jumpsuit to my surprise when I got home it was burnt at the bottom right leg. I took it back Sunday and the supervisor at the till told me it looks like I burnt it with iron and they won't give me anything they'll wait for regional to come check it then they'll give me a call. It is Tuesday today I haven't heard anything from them. Is this how truworths has turned out to be now treating customers according to their personal assumptions???
