Expensive with bad service!

Worst online service ever, I ordered on the 2nd of May 2022 today it's the 20th and there is still no delivery. I called to ask and I was told that my address is not complete, I asked the consultant to confirm the address and that's the exact address I gave them. The consultant couldn't help or give me a way forward. She put the blame on the courier instead of contacting the courier.
