Thank you for your post and allowing us the opportunity to respond.
We acknowledge your frustration regarding the decline of your return and therefore liaised with the manager of the store mentioned in your post.
We were informed that on the day the shoes were returned to store there were marks underneath both shoes, which indicated to the manager that the shoes were possibly worn. Having said this the manager acknowledges that the query could have been handled in a different manner. She has therefore asked us to convey an apology for the way in which your query was attended to.
Following our telephonic conversation, we verify that you have agreed to return the shoes to the purchasing store on 28 August for an assessment to be done by the Store Manager.
We trust that we will be able to resolve this matter following the assessment by the store manager and are committed to remain in contact with you until such time.
Yours sincerely,
Lynn
