Exchange policy very bad service

I want to share my experience on Saturday the 22nd December 2018 My aunt bought a dress as a Christmas gift with her truworths account she gave a slip, the dress is small I went to truworths to exchange and I was told that they can't help, I must come with the person who bought the dress with her truworths card , I so disappointed and angry now I have small dress I can't wear
