Went to mall of The south store yesterday to exchange a Christmas gift and has the bag the original tag and receipt Only to be told a gift receipt was required? When did the legal requirements of exchange on the Truworths website change? It states original receipt require my or gift receipt not both! waste of Petrol and time !!
