Exchange

My fiance has an account with Truworths. We bought clothes for my son December 2020 and my son does not like the shoes, I decided to return them for exchange and we were told that the item is old. I could not get the ladies name by the till who is a supervisor I believe. I know for a fact that I can exchange at anytime when I have an existing acc and the item is still in a good condition regardless of the 30day policy, I just did not want to cause drama .

I would like to exchange please. I do not want a refund
