Exceptional warm and caring service

I would like to pass my gratitude to sis aggression who did not only help me find something to where but the warmth and care I got from one sister I wish I could have got it from my whole family . On Friday the 1st of September I went to Truworths Eastgate to get something to wear on Saturday for my parents funeral who recently just passed away from a car accident. I was with my 3 of my cousins . We were all helped by sis aggression. The sister was so patient with all of us. My cousin's are difficult bunch they ddnt even give me a change to talk to sis aggression and explain to her what I'm looking for which was a dress I saw in a window at Truworths Maponya mall . She could sense that I was not okay and didn't have the energy . She politely asked me if I was okay and she also offered me some water and explained that as soon as she has given all my cousin's what they want she will give me her full attention. I wish all my family combined could have seen the pain I was in like she did . Not only did she help me get something to dress for my parents funeral but she gave me hope that everything will be okay . I'm only 19 years old and when I saw the consultants I only thought their job was just to sell clothes but I was wrong all along . Sis aggression was the kindest person I've came across through my grieving time . I told her I'm looking for this certain dress but the store ddnt have , she didn't just give up but she found me something better and in all of that the warms and kindness in her words gave me hope . I even forgot that I was with my careless cousins who where only worried about how they would look at my parents funeral as if it was a fashion parade . I wish and hope big companies like truworths has a recognition programme to recognise people like sis aggression who does more than just sell clothes but also care about the people like me . I'm very gratefully and I would never in my life forget what she has said or even done for me . She is one of the best . We live in a cruel world but it is evident that people like her still exist . Thank you sis aggression for giving me hope , because of meeting you and the exceptional service you effortlessly gave to me and my cousin's . I think God had brought me to you purposely to hear your words of wisdom when I was on my lowest . Thank you so much I looked presentable as I have imagined because I knew by coming to Truworths I would get a dignified dress to wear and thank god you were there to help me . I'm will forever be grateful .
