Exceptional Service Ms Diana

Good day

A special shout out to Diana at Truworths Savannah Mall.I got to the store yesterday late afternoon and was assisted by her at till.

She gave an exceptional service and pays attention to detail as she could recall that I had an online delivery by merely seeing my surname.A delivery which I was still waiting for communication on.

This lady was so bubbly,full of energy and her smile said please come again.

She needs to keep up the good work and thank you Ms Diana.
