Exceptional service from Chantel Hendricks

In November 2020 I discovered a ********** account under my name and emailed Truworths. A friendly lady by the name Chantel Hendricks (Damons) repsonded to my email speedily and resolved my matter in a matter of days. Fast forward to 2021 where I discover another *****lent account but now in Swaziland. For the past two weeks I emailed their ***** line and could see some people reading rwading my email and subsequent follow up email but no response. So, today I decided to email Chantel once more and in less than an hour she called me and explained the process. She had also identified another Jet Stores ********** account (such an Angel) and advised I look into that one as well.

She made feel at ease and that my matter was important enough to warrant attention and a call.
