I recently visited the Truworths Lakeside branch and was truly amazed by the outstanding service at the Cosmetrics counter. A special thank you to Goo Goo and her colleague — they were incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to help me find exactly the right products. What stood out most was how warmly they treated my teenage daughter as well, making us both feel valued and respected.
