Exceptional service
I ordered a jacket and it was not delivered in time as a result of incorrect information captured on their system. I tried to follow up with customer service, for more than a week no one was able to trace where the jacket was.Eventually a Len from customer service investigated and found that the jacket has been delivered to the wrong branch, she tracked the jacket and made sure together with Koketso (Truworths Centurion ) that the jacket is delivered in Centurion branch as soon as possible<br> <br> Thank you
