Exceptional customer experience

I went to exchange shoes that I bought for my daughter at Maponya Mall. I was resistant because I didn't know how the procedure would go since I've never exchanged an item I bought online before. The service that I received was exceptional and professional. Simangele who is the manager of the store was so nice and really knows how to address her customers 💯 Tumi and Zinhle explained the process and they really helped me understand what i needed to know next time i would like to exchange an item bought online. I am a happy customer 😊 and would definitely recommend Truworths at Maponya because they gave me the best service ever.
