Excellent service Ethan - Truworths Tygervalley

Saturday (8 June 2024), we had to attend a very important event. I had an outfit to wear but because of the cold weather I decided to look for something else to wear.

When we entered the store this very friendly, helpful and energetic young salesman named Ethan came to assist. I tell you my husband and I were looking for sizes and certain colour items and guy just went the extra mile to help us. From one department to another. From men's wear for my husband to ladies for myself. My found something he loved but unfortunately, I didn't find anything for myself. The colour or style wasnt right and/or size wasnt available.

I wanted to commend this young man, Ethan. I didn't receive customer service like this before. You went to every department to assist even if you didn't work in the department. You're a star!! 📌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Keep it up.
