Excellent service by a worthy Store Manager

I hereby want to compliment Anna, the Truworths Woodlands Store Manager with her immaculate service. After my horrible experience with Customer Service’s consultants who didn’t even bother to read my request properly or to try to understand or to sort out my problem that was actually in the first place caused by them and afterwards **** to my and passing the buck, this lady came to my rescue with excellent customer service. Only one telephonic discussion where she actually listen to my request, immediately understood the core problem and resolve the issue in no time. Now that is service, I thank you for that, Anna. You are a worthy asset for Truworths and truly deserve your position as Manager.
