I could like to express my gratitude to the Bluff Truworths branch. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I am acknowledged and greeted by name seeing as I am a regular customer there. Thank you, but I also think the change in attitude from the Manager Olivia ever since her move there, there has been major changes in attitude in the staff and the store is more pleasant to be in.
