I had the pleasure of meeting the very vibrant, pleasant and agile Ryan at the truworths store Chatsworths. Not only did he solve a a complicated problem that I had caused when I returned items I had bought online, he also reassured me that it would take some time. and apologised for the delay which was actually my fault He was assisted by the equally professional Brandon. The previous day a very pleasant Kaitlyn also handled my issue efficiently. It was a pleasure how seamlesslesly they assisted me despite te long queue.
