Excellent service at Bay West Mall

i went into Bay West Branch Truworths on the 4/5/2016 to return a damaged item, and i was pleasantly surprised at the level of service i received from the manager Melissa as well as the young man who assisted me. It was such a breeze to go in there as it always is. Melissa and her team are tops when it comes to service, even if i only go and pay my account, the staff members are always so friendly and helpful. Some other stores can learn a few lessons in terms of customer service from this branch. And their service is consistent,makes a customer want to go into their store. This team is truly one of those that will take the company forward. Keep up the good work and service. Was a pleasant experience to deal with the store manageress Melissa,you guys truly made me feel valued.
