Excellent service
What a pleasure it was to be at Truworths on Saturday morning - from the service I received at the shoe department from Junior to the service I received from the store manager Patricia when I needed to look at sunglasses as that dept was short staffed then to service at the underwear dept (which never has any shop assistants in it) - Mpumi assisted me there. Just lovely service - and this is getting more and more rare in SA. I love Truworths' clothes - the quality is topnotch however once again I have to complain about the lack of variety in their underwear dept. Not enought of a selection for us big breasted women especially when it comes to lacy and ****tube bra options - so please Truworths rectify this.
