Excellent service

I would like to compliment Charmaine Bosman who handled my complain so professional and I must say she gave me a 5 star service. I liked the fact that they acknowledged their mistake and it was fixed immediately. Definitely I'll visit their Estee lauder counter over and over they have found a new client in me. Keep it up......
