Excellent service

On the 22nd of September 2020, I went to Truworths at Springs Mall in search of a dress that I wanted to purchase. As a result of that I did not find the size of my dress. As I related my ordeal to the sales lady at the store (1342), she took it upon herself to search which store had the required size and she asked me if she could order the dress for me. She explained the whole process to me in detail and of which I agreed to her gesture. I received an excellent service from Truworths hence they kept on updating me from time to time , until my order arrived at the store on the 1st of October 2020 respectively. I would therefore like to thank the lady with employee no.: *** for having gone an extra mile. She is indeed an asset to the shop concerned.
