EXCELLENT SERVICE

I recently visited the Truworths Newcastle Mall store, and could not believe the service I received. I was going for a function and went around the mall looking for an outfit. I found an item and went to the cash desk to find out if they perhaps had it in my size, the cashier was very helpful and immediately assisted me. They could not find a size, but a lady introduces herself as Yolande , she asked if she could get someone to assist me. I was then taken to the sales floor to a gentle man by the name of Shu who was already busy steaming a suite that a customer had bought. The lady then offered to help me, she walked through the entire store assisting me, she even waited at the fitting room while trying on, every time I needed another size she would quickly run to the floor to go and get me another size. Needless to say I left the store with an entire outfit. The service was world class. Only to find out at the end that it was the area manager that helped me. Her passion for customers is really an asset to the company, you could see this in her staff. Yolande is a real star and I will certainly return to Truworths. Thank you Truworths for the excellent staff. Well done.
