<p>Got so much help earlier today from a Ms Nomava Manqina at a truworths @ BT Ngebs Shopping Mall ...just when I thought the service standards in the town could never amount to nothing....she really proved ....very positive attitude from her and the team that was on duty around her ....well done my Dear keep it up...having been in the customer servicing industry for at least 13 years you reminded of what it means to service a customer with a smile ...to poide a great shopping experience to the client...</p>
