I would like to thank MICHELLE from Truworths in Cresta shopping centre for her EXCELLENT customer service and her friendly personality - we had to exchange some items at Truworths due to factory fault and Michelle was really very friendly in her approach and assisted straight away without making the issue someone else's issue to deal with.

Michelle - THANK YOU - that kind of service is really rare these days especially considering it was 30 minutes before closing time - that did not seem to bother you - you are a true brand ambassador and I hope this message gets to the correct people at Truworths!
