EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES STILL EXIST

I HATE phoning any customer service department. You always hold for ages and then probably get cut off. I prefer to work on email but usually no one answers. So I phoned in to Truworths customer care regarding an issue with my online profile and needing a replacement card on my account.

I don't think the phone rang 3 times and Veronica answered. My query was resolved within the hour after escalation and she even phoned me twice to update me on the progress. On email Tharwa also responded the same day to my surprise.

I just want to say well done to Truworths and the staff. I love your shops, your clothes and for the first time having to deal with your customer service. You will be my forever store! Thank you so much for giving me hope that you still get good service in South Africa! Truworths is the best!!!
