Excellent Customer Service

Good day, To whom it may concern. I would like to take this opportunity to give credit where credit is due. I'm originally from JHB... And never have I experienced customer service on this level. I walked into Truworths Fountains Mall Jeffreys Bay and looked through the Items. I found a clothing Item but needed a size bigger and the store didn't have stock... I came to the pay point to enquire if the possibility is there to get a bigger size. I was greeted by two ladies, Sonja & Naz-Lee.I explained my dilemma and they did not hesitate to jump immediately on the system to see who got stock and pick the phone up and called waited(15min) on the line with the person on the other side to go check and make sure it is still available and instore, asked the person to please remove it from stock and to send it to them. Some might say it's not a big deal... but me coming from a different area it is a big deal because you don't find it there. To Sonja and Naz-Lee you ladies are a great example of what service delivery should be and keeping your company name and brand high keep on keeping on. To Truworths and its Management... these ladies are definitely an asset to your company/business. Please look after them. Will gladly shop again at that specific store. Regards, Happiest Client !
