Excellent customer service
I just want to compliment the ladies working at Truworths in Adderley, they always make my shopping in that store so much enjoyable. I am not sure of their names, I think it's Carmen and an African lady light in complexion (I am sorry to be using skin colour to describe her as I don't know her name) as well as the other ladies that I don't know their names. They always make me feel at home with their hospicable attitude and service.
I wish other places can visit that store just to observe this. Please keep up the good work.
