Excellent customer service

I had purchased a bag from Truworths at the Pavilion store. To cut the long story short I went back to the store to return the bag for an exchange. The lady at the counter could not assist so the matter was referred to the floor manager Preston, who took ownership of my query. Despite the fact that i was upset as at the time the exchange could not be done as the store manager did not authorize it. Preston advised of the escalation process. He also informed me that I will get a call back within 3 days from a senior/regional manager on how the matter will be resolved.<br> True to his word Preston called me this morning to advise me that I can come in and do my exchange anytime from today. What I was most happy about is that, the promise made was kept (feedback was given in time), he took ownership of my query, and he resolved my query to my satisfaction. <br> Well done Preston you have retained me as a customer. <br> <br> <br> <br>
