EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE
I Theressa was looking for certain dress could not find any luck with assistance by the stores and customer care line said cant promise me that I will receive it was very disappointed after calls been dropped I than phoned Truworths da glen 1ST FLOOR on *** and I just gave Nokuthula l a description she knew exactly what I was looking for and had my size kept it for me her cheerful customer service attitude telephonically and in store need to be appraised for by management , job well done NOKUTHULA
